兰索拉唑肠溶片制备 　【摘要】 以交联羧甲基纤维素钠为崩解剂，聚维酮K30为粘合剂，无水乙醇为溶媒，通过一步造粒法制得兰索拉唑颗粒，压片后分别包上隔离衣与肠溶衣制得兰索拉唑肠溶片。各项检测结果均符合规定。 【关键词】 兰索拉唑 肠溶片 一步造粒 【Abstract】 Lansoprazole enteric-coated tablets were prepared by One-step-granulating method , using cCMC-Na as disintegrant, povidone K30 as adhesive ,enteric Opadry as coating material, anhydrous ethanol as solvent and then mixed with other excipients to get its enteric-coated tablets.
