共振光散射技术在药物分析中应用 　【摘要】 对共振光散射技术在药物与生物大分子分析测定中的应用状况及其进展进行了综述。重点介绍了该方法在生物体液中药物的分析和中药成分的分析应用前景。为体内大分子药物及其他药物成分的检测方法研究提供了新途径。 【关键词】 共振光散射技术; 药物分析 　　Abstract:The application and the development of the resonance light scattering (RLS) method used in drug determination and the biomacromolecule determination was reviewed. The application of RLS in pharmaceutical quantification in biological fluids,and the application of RLS in quantification of Chinese medicine were reviewed. This method might be a novel way for the determination macromolecular drugs and other medicinal ingredients in vivo. 　　Key word
