加减龙胆泻肝汤对肝经郁火型多囊卵巢综合征患者胰岛素抵抗影响 　 作者：陶莉莉 桑霞 张玉珍 禹安琪 曾蕾 陈靓芬 【摘要】 　　 目的 观察加减龙胆泻肝汤治疗肝经郁火型多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）的临床疗效，并探讨对其胰岛素抵抗的影响。 方法 48例多囊卵巢综合征患者分为中药组（给予加减龙胆泻肝汤，水煎服，日1剂。治疗3个月）和达英组（给予达英-35口服，治疗3个月经周期），记录2组治疗前以及停药后第1个月经周期的月经、痤疮、多毛情况及基础体温（BBT），检测2组治疗前后空腹胰岛素（FINS）、空腹血糖（FPG），并计算胰岛素抵抗指数（ISI）。比较2组治疗前后上述症状的改善情况以及2组FINS、FPG及胰岛素抵抗变化。 结果 ①2组月经异常、痤疮及BBT单相者治疗后与治疗前比较明显改善（Plt;0.05）;多毛2组治疗前后比较无明显改善（Pgt;0.05）;2组月经异常、痤疮、多毛及BBT治疗后比较差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）。②FINS中药组治疗后较治疗前明显降低（Plt;0.05），FPG中药组治疗后较治疗前无明显变化（Pgt;0.05）;FINS、FPG达英组治疗后较治疗前无明显变化（Pgt;0.05）;FINS、FPG2组治疗后比较差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）。胰岛素抵抗者中药组治疗后较治疗前明显减少（Plt;0.05）;达英组治疗后较治疗前无明显变化（Pgt;0.05）;2组治疗后比较差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）。 结论 加减龙胆泻肝汤可改善肝经郁火型PCOS的临床表现，且在一定程度上纠正肝经郁火型PCOS患者的胰岛素抵抗情况。 【关键词】 囊卵巢综合征　龙胆泻肝汤　胰岛素抗药性 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Longdanxiegan decoction on polycystic ovarian syndrome with liver meridian stagnant heat type.Methods 48patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome were randomly divided into Chinese herbs group（Patients were freated by longdanxiegan decoction）and Diane-35group（Patients were treated by Diane-35）.The ther-apeatic course was3months in both groups.Menstruation，acne，crinosity and basal body temperature（BBT）were observed and recorded before and3months after treatment.FINS，FPG and ISI were measured.Changes of FINS，FPG and ISI Nere com-pared for evaluation of effect.Results Disorder of menstruation，acne and monophase of BBT was obviously improved（Plt;0.05）after treatment.Crinosity in both groups after treatment was no obviously improved（Pgt;0.05）.FINS after treatment in Chinese herbs group was lower than that before treatment（Plt;0.05）.FPG after treatment in Chinese herbs group was not lower than that before treatment（Pgt;0.05）.FINS and FPG after treatment in Diane-35group did not change（Pgt;0.05）.There was no difference between both groups after treatment on FINS and FPG（Pgt;0.05）.Conclu-sion Longdanxiegan decoction can improve symptoms of polycystic ovarian syndrome with liver meridian stagnant heat type. 【Key Words】 Po
