快速康复外科护理在电视胸腔镜手术患者围手术期护理中应用返 钟凤玲，甘海鹰，陈赞倩 摘要目的：探讨快速康复外科护理在电视胸腔镜手术患者围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法：将2012年1月~2015年3月于本院进行电视胸腔镜手术治疗的50例肺大疱患者随机等分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者在电视胸腔镜围术期进行常规护理；观察组患者在电视胸腔镜围术期进行快速康复外科护理。评估两组患者护理前后的睡眠质量及生命质量、术后并发症发生率、引流管放置时间及住院时间。结果：观察组护理后的睡眠质量及生命质量均优于对照组，术后并发症发生少于对照组，引流管放置时间及住院时间均短于对照组，均P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：快速康复外科护理在电视胸腔镜手术患者围手术期护理中的应用效果较好，对患者的恢复具有积极的促进作用。 关键词快速康复外科护理；电视胸腔镜手术；围手术期；护理doi:10.3969/j.issn.1672-9676.2016.18.024 Application of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing of patients with video assisted thoracic operation during perioperative period ZHONG Feng-ling,GAN Hai-ying,CHEN Zan-qian(Dongguan Shipai Hospital,Dongguan523331) AbstractObjective：To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing of patients with video assisted thoracic operation during perioperative period.Methods:50 of bullae patients who treated by video assisted thoracic operation were randomly divided in to control group and observation group dated from January 2012 to March 2015.The control group were given routine nursing care during perioperative period of video assisted thoracic operation.The observation group of patients was treated with rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing during perioperative period of video assisted thoracic operation.The quality of sleep and life,the incidence of postoperative complications,the time of drainage tube placement and hospitalization time of two groups were evaluated before and after nursing.Results:The quality of sleep and quality of life of observation group after the nursing were better than that of the control group,and the postoperative complications occurred less than that of the control group.Meanwhile the drainage time and hospitalization time were shorter than that of the control group, with all Plt;0.05.The difference was of statistically significance.Conclusion:The application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing of patients with video assisted thoracic operation during perioperative period is quite good,and it has
