慢性前列腺炎尿流率改变及中医证型关系初步探究 　 作者：甄德栋　谈钊　杨毅坚　吴镝 【摘 要】 目的 通过研究慢性前列腺炎患者尿流率改变与中医证型之间的关系，找出西医病机与中医证型在该病中的内在联系，在临床实践中为中西医结合治疗本病提供参考。 方法 随机抽取符合中医常见3个辨证分型（湿热蕴结证、阴虚火旺证、气滞血瘀证）的慢性前列腺炎患者各60例，使用尿动力学分析仪对每位患者的平均尿流率及最大尿流率2项指标进行检测，收集数据并对其进行统计学分析，初步得出尿流率指标改变与中医证型的联系。 结果 3组病例无论是最大尿流率还是平均尿流率均低于正常组，从最大到最小的排序均为:湿热蕴结证组、阴虚火旺证组、气滞血瘀证组。3组间最大尿流率及平均尿流率差异均有统计学意义（Plt;0.01或Plt;0.05）。2组间除湿热蕴结证组与阴虚火旺证组平均尿流率外，最大尿流率及平均尿流率差异均有统计学意义（Plt;0.01或Plt;0.05）。 结论 慢性前列腺炎患者的尿流率降低，且与该病的中医证型存在着内在联系。气滞血瘀证组尿流率降低最大，阴虚火旺证组次之，湿热蕴结证组的降低较小。 　　【关键词】 慢性病;前列腺炎;尿动力学;辨证分型 　　Relation of change of urine rate and type of syndrome of chronic prostatitis 【Abstract】 Objective Through the research of relation between the urine rate changes of chronic prostatitis and the symptom type of this disease in TCM，find out the intrinsic connection between the pathology of the disease in Western Medi-cine and the mechanism of the disease in TCM.And in treatment provide conference for doctors of West medicine and TCM.Methods 60chronic prostatitis patients from each of the common symptom types（namely:“shi re”type，“yin xu”type and“xue yu”type）were randomly selected.The maximal and average urine rates of all patients were measured by the urine dynamic analysator.Then the data were collected and analyzed statistically and so find out the relation between the urine rate change and the symptom type of TCM.Results The maximal and the average urine rate of each of the three morbid groups are equally lower than the urine rate of the normal groups.And the decrement sequence of the urine rate is:“she re”group，“yin xu”group，“xue yu”group.There are significant differences in the maximal urine rate and the average rate be-tween the three groups.Conclusion Urine rate of chronic prostatitis decreased.There were intrinsic connection between the urine rate changes of chronic prostatitis and TCM symptom type of this disease.And the decrement sequence of the urinerate is:“she re”group，“yin xu”group，“xue yu”group. 　　【Key words】 Chronic prostatitis;Urine dynamic
