槐耳浸膏对人肝癌高转移细胞系转移抑制作用探究 　 作者：李立新　叶胜龙　王艳红　孙瑞霞　薛琼　陈洁　高东梅　汤钊猷 【摘要】 　　［目的］ 探索槐耳浸膏抑制肝癌细胞转移的机制，为槐耳浸膏在临床上治疗肝肿瘤提供理论依据。［方法］将高转移潜能人肝癌细胞系（MHCC97H）分别与槐耳浸膏（1.0mg/ml，3.0mg/ml，5.0mg/ml，10.0mg/ml）及DMEM（含10%胎牛血清）作用24h，测定其肿瘤细胞黏附率、运动抑制率及侵袭抑制率。［结果］ 各组MHCC97H细胞经槐耳浸膏作用24h后，其细胞黏附率明显下降，而运动抑制率及侵袭抑制率明显上升，与对照组相比差别均有统计学意义，且槐耳浸膏浓度与肿瘤细胞黏附率、运动抑制率及侵袭抑制率均有相关性。［结论］ 槐耳浸膏能明显抑制肝癌细胞的黏附、运动及侵袭能力，故可以阻抑肝癌细胞的转移。 【关键词】 槐耳浸膏　肝癌细胞系　转移　抑制 　　Metastatic Potential Inhibited with Trametes Robiniophila in Highly Metastatic PotentialHuman Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cells Lines Abstract:［Purpose］To explore the mechanism of metastatic potential inhibited with Trametes robiniophila in human hepatocellular carcinoma cells andto provide the experimental basis of Trametes robiniophilain treatment for liver cancer. ［Method］ Highly metastatic potential human hepatocellular carcinoma cells (MHCC97H) were treated with DMEM and Trametes robiniophila (1mg/ml,3mg/ml,5mg/ml and 10mg/ml) for 24h respectively.The rates of cells adhesion, cell motion andcells invasion were measured. ［Results］ After MHCC97H cells inculated with Trametes robiniophila for 24h, the rates of cells adhesion decreased and cells motion and cells invasion increased obviously, with significant differences between Trametes robiniophila group and control group.The rates of cells adhesion, cells motion and cells invasion were correlated with concentration of Trametes robiniophila. ［Conclusion］ Trametes robiniophila markedly inhibit the ability of cells adhesion, motion and invasion in highly metastatic potential human hepatocellular carcinoma, so it can arrest the metastasis of cancer cells. Key words: Trametes robiniophila; hepatocellular carcinoma cells; metastasis；inhibition 槐耳是生长在中国古槐树上的一种药用真菌——槐栓菌（Trametes robiniophila Murr），具有“治风”、“破血”、“益力”的功效，民间多用于治疗癌症和炎症。由槐耳菌质经热水提取得到的槐耳浸膏含有多种有机成分和十余种矿物元素，其主要抗癌活性成分为蛋白多糖（PS?T）。动物实验已证实槐耳浸膏具有明显抑制肿瘤生长和延长荷瘤动物生存期的功效，其成品——槐耳颗粒已广泛应用于临床,并有大量报道证明其对肝癌、肺癌、食管癌、胃癌等肿瘤有独特疗效[1]。但其抗癌机制迄今尚未见全面报道，尤其是在抗肝癌转移和复发的基础研究方面所见报道极少。本研究目的即试图通过槐耳浸膏干预肝癌细胞
