肝细胞癌中细胞凋亡相关基因筛选 　 【摘要】; 目的 探讨糖尿病大鼠主动脉中转化生长因子-β1（TGF-β1）表达及其抑制剂对其表达的影响。方法 链脲左菌素糖尿病大鼠随机分为对照组、联合干预组、维生素E组、氯沙坦组、氨基胍组。对照组用5 ml蒸馏水每日1次性灌胃，联合干预组用Vitamin E 10 mg/（kg·d），Losartan 10 mg/（kg·d），AG 50 mg/（kg·d），蒸馏水稀释至5 ml，一次性灌胃，其他组按同样的方法分别处理，共饲养12周。免疫组化法检测TGF-β1的表达。结果 对照组TGF-β1高表达，联合用药组可见TGF-β1表达，两者有显著差异（Plt;0.01）。3个单味用药组之间差异无显著性，但其TGF-β1表达均高于联合用药组（Plt;0.05）,而低于对照组（Plt;0.05）。结论 STZ糖尿病大鼠主动脉组织中TGF-β1有高表达，一些药物能抑制TGF-β1这种表达，且联合用药优势明显。多途径干预TGF-β1可能延缓大血管病变形成。 毕业论文 【关键词】; 转化生长因子-β1 干预 实验性糖尿病 血管病变 毕业论文 ; Effect of combining interference on TGF-β1 in arteriae maxima Galeni of diabetic rat 毕业论文 ［Abstract］; Objective; To study the expression of transforming growth factor-beta1 （TGF-β1） in the arteriae maxima Galeni of streptozotocin（STZ）-induced diabetic rat,and the influence of the inhibitors of TGF-β1 on the mRNA expression.Methods; Diabetic rats were divided randomly into 5 groups,which were contrast,combine interference,Vitamin E,Losartan and Aminoguanidine （AG）group.The interference group was taken orally once a day with 5 ml solution which consisted of; Vitamin E 10 mg/（kg·d），Losartan 10 mg/（kg·d）and AG 50 mg/（kg·d）.Contrast group was taken 5 ml distilled water.Other groups were taken respectively Losartan or Aminoguanidine （AG）.The time was 12 weeks.The mRNA expression of TGF-β1 was examined by immunohistochemistry.Results; TGF-β1 expressed obviously in contrast group,which had evident difference compared with; combine’s group（Plt;0.01）.There was no evident difference among the other 3 groups,but their expression of TGF-β1 was higher than combine group （Plt;0.05），but lower than contrast group（Plt;0.05）.Conclusion; TGF-β1 expresses highly in the arteria maxima Galeni of streptozotocin（STZ）-induced diabetic rat.It can restrain the expression by taking Angiotensin enzyme receptor; inhibitor,PKC inhibition and AGEs inhibition,and the expression can be enhanced by unitedly using these medicine.Combining interference on TGF-β1 can delay the vascular complications. 毕业论文 ; ［K
