大学去行政化问题探究.pdf

摘 要 我国的大学存在行政化问题由来已久，只是在过去很长一段时间并没有引起人 们的关注。自去年以来，关于大学“去行政化”的问题越来越引起高等教育界和社 会各界的关注，已成为教育领域的热点问题之一。 笔者认为，研究大学“去行政化”问题，首先，要弄清楚为什么大学要“去行 政化”?其次，是要搞清楚大学如何 “去行政化”。为了弄清楚这两个问题，必须得 弄明白什么是大学“行政化”、大学行政化的主要表现、危害及其产生的根源是什 么？同时，也要搞清楚大学“去行政化”的内涵以及解决大学“去行政化”的方法。 如果不搞清楚这几个重要问题，大学“去行政化”问题很可能会无的放矢，甚至会 影响高等教育和高等学校的改革与发展。 为什么要去大学行政化，以及如何去大学行政化，本文紧紧抓住这两个问题进 行阐述分析，本着联系的观点，发展的观点，本文联系大学精神和现代大学制度来 论证大学去行政化的必要性，以及从理论和实践两个方面阐述大学去行政化的可行 性，最后，分析大学去行政化应该处理好大学与政府的关系以及大学内部的关系。 本文通过对这些问题的阐述来对大学去行政化这一问题进行研究。 关键词：大学行政化 大学去行政化 大学精神 现代大学制度 University to the administrative problems research Abstract Our university is a deep-rooted problem, just in administrative past a long time didnt cause the attention of people.
