电信设备制造企业竞争情报系统建设研究 摘 要 本论文以电信设备制造企业为例 结合了国内外企业的工作经验 模拟了 竞争情报系统的建设过程 论文从分析和确定企业竞争情报需求入手 着手设 计和建立竞争情报系统的运行模式和组织机构 并逐步实施和运行竞争情报系 统的三大子系统 收集子系统 分析子系统和服务子系统 基于西方竞争情报 TM 实施经验 建立符合战略战术情报需求的机制 TAP-IN 在建设竞争情报系统 的时候结合企业的具体条件充分利用现代先进的信息技术 帮助企业以最快的 速度和最高的效率做出正确决策 获得竞争优势 为了不断提高工作效率 竞 争情报部门还应建立一个定期的自我检测和评估机制 以便工作的持续改进 竞争情报系统正在往网络化 智能化和集成化方向发展 企业应该抓住当 前的良好的信息环境 配合入世后的竞争要求 积极建立企业的竞争情报系统 关键词 竞争情报系统 电信设备制造企业 情报需求 TAP-INTM Research on the Establishment of Competitive Intelligence System in Telecom Equipment Manufacturing Companies Abstract Based on the experience from both domestic and abroad, the paper simulates and demonstrates the process of establishing the Competitive Intelligence System (CIS) by using the example of a telecommunication equipment manufacturing company. First of all, the competitive intelligence demand and requirement should be analyzed and decided. Then the paper begins to design the CIS organization and running mechanism. CIS includes three sub-systems: Collection Sub-system, Analysis Sub-system and Service Sub-system. The paper then introduces the TAP-INTM mechanism, which is now widely used by western companies as a good solution to coordinate between tactic and strategic intelligence requirement. Modern information technology affordable to the company should help to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness in decision-making so as to achieve the competitive advantage. The competitive intelligence department should also build up an auto-test and evaluation mechanism to help on the consistent improvement of CIS.
