Its production is the key and difficult to the implementation in the steel industry, and its output and quality reflects a national strength of steel industry. This article combines with the information of Tang steel Cold Mill Plant. At the same time, it refers to other modern cold mill plant. So I design an 1790 Cold Rolling Mill Plant with an annual output of 0.8 million tons. The component of design includes the choice of rolling mill forms, the arrangement of mills, according to the typical varieties (thickness of 0.5mm) to design the reduction of order and calculation (the parameters of force and energy, the strength of roll and the capacity of electrical motor), the choice of auxiliary equipment (including galvanized line, color coating line).The main equipment uses the continuous picking line coupled to tandom mill. The annealing furnace chooses continuous annealing furnace. The mills choose CVC rolls to control the shape of sheet.
