· 1· 中国疗养医学2017年第26卷第1期ChinJConvalescentMed，Jan.2017，Vol.26，No.1 ·论著· 子午流注纳支法穴位敷贴改善老年性骨质疏松症 患者平衡能力的效果观察 叶艳 高静 吴晨曦 柏丁兮 吴霜 朱蓉 【摘要】 目的 探讨子午流注纳支法穴位敷贴对老年性骨质疏松症(SOP)患者平衡能力的影响。方法 采用随 机对照盲法设计，在四川省某中医院门诊通过便利抽样选取SOP(肝肾不足证)患者76例，按随机数字表分为对 照组(n＝38)和试验组(n＝38)。两组患者均接受口服钙尔奇D基础治疗，试验组(按时取穴组)实施子午流注纳 支法穴位敷贴，对照组(非按时取穴组)实施常规穴位敷贴。两组患者均于干预前、干预后8周采用闭目单足站 立测试、计时起立-步行测试(TUGT)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评价平衡能力。结果 干预后试验组闭目单足站立测 试、BBS得分均高于对照组，TUGT得分低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 子午流注纳支法穴 位敷贴可改善SOP患者的平衡功能。 【关键词】 老年性骨质疏松症；平衡能力；子午流注；纳支法；穴位敷贴 【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore the effect of acupoint application of hour-prescription Meridian stream on the bal- ance capacity of sufferers with senile osteoporosis(SOP). MethodsRandom control blind trial technique was adopted and 76 cases with SOP at the outpatient clinic of a certain Chinese medicine hospital in Sichuan Province were select- ed by means of convenience sampling ，who were divided into control group and experimental group by means of ran- dom number table ，with 38 cases in each group.Both groups were given the basic treatment of orally taken of Caltrate D ，and the experimental group were given acupoint application of hour-prescription Meridian stream ，while the control group were given conventional acupoint application.The balance capacity of the sufferers in both groups was evaluated before the intervention and after 8 weeks of intervention by means of one foot standing with eye closure ，TUGT ，and BBS. ResultsThe scores of one foot standing with eye closure and BBS after intervention in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group ，while the score of TUGT was lower than that of the control group ，with differences of statistical significance (P ＜0.05).ConclusionAcupoint appl
