The coupling reactions using the combi- nation of palladium and amines as the catalytic system include the Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reaction, Sonogashira cross-coupling reaction, Stille cross-coupling reaction, Hiyama cross-coupling reaction and Heck reaction. The results show that amine could be used as the inexpensive and highly efficient ligands to promote the palladium-catalyzed coupling reactions.
