(Hangzhou zip code: 310027) [Abstract] in the progress of science and technology in recent years, the industry structure has undergone profound changes, especially the high technology industry has been rapid development, to promote economic development of the United states. This paper analyzes the changing trend of American high-tech industry structure, and probes into the reasons for the change of industrial structure. [Key words] industrial structure / high-tech industry / structural adjustment / reason Since the U.S. economy out of recession since March 1991, has continued to grow for more than 90 months. With the rapid and steady growth of economy, inflation rate, unemployment rate and financial deficit are all at a low level, showing a good running trend in the last few decades. Although the recent financial turmoil in Asia and elsewhere has had a bearing on the US economy, its growth rate has remained at a certain level. The author believes that the U.S. economy is basic reason for long time is extended: in the past twenty years, in the technology revolution under the action of the fundamental changes of industrial structure in the United States, the high technology industry which is developing rapidly. This paper will analyze the changing trends of American high-tech industry in recent years and the reasons for these changes, so as to provide some useful inspirations for the adjustment of Chinas industrial structure.
