自我防护web站点和恶意链接的方法（Self protecting methods for web sites and malicious links） A malicious user might create a link to a spoofed Web site and let the link display the address or URL of the legitimate Web site in the status bar, address bar, and Title bar. This article describes which approaches you can use to mitigate the impact of this problem and what methods are used to identify spoofed Web sites or URL. When you point to a hyperlink in Microsoft, Internet, Explorer, Microsoft, Outlook, Express, or Microsoft Outlook, the address of the corresponding Web site is usually displayed in the status bar at the bottom of the window. When you click the link to open in Internet Explorer, the corresponding Web site address is usually displayed in the Internet Explorer in the address bar, while the corresponding Web page title usually displayed in the title bar of the window. However, a malicious user might create a link to a fraudulent (counterfeit) Web site and let the link display the address or URL of the legitimate Web site in the status bar, address bar, and Title bar. This article describes what you can do to mitigate the impact of this problem and what methods are used to identify a fraudulent (counterfeit) Web site or URL. This article also discusses what you can do to guard against fake Web sites. These methods are summarized as follows: Install Internet Explorer cumulative security update (832894). Before entering any personal information or sensitive information, make sure there is a lock icon in the bottom right status bar and verify the name of the server that provides the page you are looking at. Dont click any hyperlinks that you dont trust. You should type this kind of information personally in the address bar.
