长治市老年人生存质量及社区护理需求调查分析 　作者：吴垠，李玉翠，王茹玲，程红萍，赵玉锦，杨璐，张亚琴，刘佳 【摘要】 目的 调查长治市老年人生存质量及其对社区护理服务需求的现状，并分析其影响因素，探索适合本地区老年人的照顾模式。方法 采用基本情况调查表、SF-36生存质量量表、自理能力量表和社区护理服务量表对长治市1328例老年人的生存质量、自理能力及社区护理服务需求及利用情况进行调查，并对结果进行t检验、相关分析和逐步回归分析。结果 依据张磊的老年人生存质量划分标准，长治市老年人生存质量处于“中(72.1～117分)”占98.5%。影响老年人群生存质量的主要因素是自理能力、健康状况、文化程度、经济收入和医疗支付形式;长治市老年人对健康宣教、定期体检的需求率高于对治疗性护理的需求率，而各级社区护理站实际提供的治疗性护理服务率却高于健康宣教及定期体检。结论 长治市老年人生存质量总体处于中等水平，而老年人社区护理服务需求与社区实际提供服务情况存在较大差距，这种差距将全面影响老年人未来的生存质量，故需专业人员积极探索，尽早采取综合措施来满足老年人不断提高的社区护理服务需求水平，从而维持老年人现有的生存质量水平。 【关键词】 老年人;生存质量;护理需求 　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the status of quality of life of the elderly and the demand for community care services of the elderly, then to analyze the factors.Methods The quality of life,activities of daily living,demand and utilization for community care services of 1328 elderly in Changzhi city, Shanxi province was measured simultaneously by SF-36,activities of daily living scale and community care needs scale, then survey result was analyzed by t test,correlation analysis,stepwise regression.Results According to the criterion of quality of life of the elderly which was proposed by Zhanglei,the quality of life of the elderly scored between 72.1-117 reached 98.5%. The quality of life of the elderly was impacted by the ability of caring oneself,marital status,the degree of culture,economic situation and so on. The demand rate for health guidance and periodic physical examination was higher than that of therapeutic care. In contrast, the utilization of therapeutic care was higher than that of health guidance and periodic physical examination. Conclusion The quality of life of the elderly is at a medium level. There was a wide gap between the demand of community care and the utilization of community care. The quailty of life of the elderly will be impacted by this gap in future.
