青丝线草多糖含量测定 　【摘要】 　　目的建立青丝线草中多糖的含量测定方法。方法采用苯酚—硫酸比色法。结果测得含量为13.74%，精密度及重复性良好，回收率为99.35%, RSD为1.3%。结论此方法操作简便，准确性好，为青丝线草的质量控制提供了一个定量方法和参考依据。 【关键词】 青丝线草； 多糖 　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo establish an UV method for the determination of polysaccarides in Purple hypoestes .MethodsPhenol-Vitriol method.ResultsThe content of polysaccharide was 13.74%, and its recovery rate was 99.35%, RSD was 1.3%.ConclusionThe method is simple and accurate.
