青天葵活性部位体外抗肿瘤作用探究 　 作者：钟振国 袁叶飞 周燕园 甄汉深 梁臣艳 【摘要】 　　目的确定广西特产药材青天葵体外抗肿瘤作用的活性部位。方法青天葵部位提取物的制备主要采用溶剂法, 青天葵全草先用95%的乙醇提取，得到的提取物进一步用石油醚、醋酸乙酯、正丁醇、甲醇依次提取，得到极性由小到大的4个提取部位。活性筛选采用MTT法实验，观察青天葵提取物对7种肿瘤细胞的生长抑制作用。结果青天葵石油醚和醋酸乙酯部位具有一定的体外抗肿瘤作用。结论首次确定了青天葵的石油醚和醋酸乙酯部分是体外抗肿瘤作用的有效部位。 【关键词】 青天葵 体外抗肿瘤作用 活性部位 　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo determine the active fraction with anticancer effect in vitro from Nervilia foadii(Hance) Schltr.MethodsThe samples were prepared by solvent extraction.
