青海产暗紫贝母化学成分气相色谱-质谱联用分析 　【摘要】 　　目的分析暗紫贝母鳞茎乙醚提取物中的化学成分。方法采用索式提取法以乙醚为提取剂提取暗紫贝母鳞茎中的化学成分,运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术（GC-MS）对化学成分进行研究，并应用色谱峰面积归一化法测定各组分的相对百分含量。结果从暗紫贝母鳞茎乙醚提取物中鉴定出17种成分。结论GC/MS方法简便、快速、灵敏度高，用此方法对暗紫贝母化学成分进行分析，可进一步提高对暗紫贝母药效物质基础的认识。 【关键词】 暗紫贝母； 化学成分； 气相色谱-质谱 　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo study the contents of chemical constituents in bulb of Fritillaria unibiacteata which were extracted with ethylether.
