鞣酸软膏中鞣酸含量测定 　作者：李春华，沈国荣，府子琪 【摘要】 目的：制定出一种简便准确的测量鞣酸软膏中鞣酸含量的方法，更好的控制该制剂的质量。方法：采用紫外分光光度法在275 nm波长处对鞣酸含量进行测定。结果：紫外分光光度法测鞣酸线性关系良好，回归方程为C=3.452 7A-0.004 1，r=0.999 8，平均回收率为99.8%，RSD=0.19%。结论：紫外分光光度法测鞣酸软膏中鞣酸含量简便、快速、准确，可作为医院制剂的质量控制方法。 【关键词】 鞣酸软膏；鞣酸；紫外分光光度法 ［Abstract］ Objective:To establish a simple and accurate method for determination of contents of tannin in tannin ointment.
