青少年上颌窦出血坏死性息肉鼻内镜手术 　【摘要】 探讨鼻内镜下治疗青少年上颌窦出血坏死性息肉的优点。方法：回顾分析经鼻内镜手术治疗的16例青少年上颌窦出血坏死性息肉的临床资料。结果：患者均经手术一次治愈，随访6个月 3年，未见复发及并发症发生。结论：鼻内镜手术治疗青少年上颌窦出血坏死性息肉具有简单易行、损伤小、并发症少、疗效好等优点，值得推广。 【关键词】 上颌窦息肉 内窥镜外科手术 青少年 ［ABSTRACT］ Objective: To study the advantages of nasal endoscopy for maxillar sinus hermorrhagic and necrotic polyps.
