颞骨巨细胞瘤诊断及治疗 　【摘要】 目的：探讨颞骨巨细胞瘤的临床表现、诊断、鉴别诊断和治疗方法。方法：分析我科收治1例颞骨巨细胞瘤患者的症状、体征、影像学、病理学特点，并复习相关文献。结果：患者为女性，发生于左侧颞骨，病理分级为Ⅱ Ⅲ，行根治性切除，术后放疗。结论：颞骨巨细胞瘤的诊断须结合临床、影像和病理学资料进行，治疗以手术切除为主，必要时辅以术后放疗。 【关键词】 颞骨 骨巨细胞瘤 诊断 治疗 ［ABSTRACT］ Objective: To explore the clinical manifestation, diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment of giant cell tumor of the temporal bone (GCTTB).
