香连素片质量标准探究 　 ; 作者：吕红，陈海齐，刘培洁，马安霓 【摘要】; 目的 建立香连素片的质量控制标准。方法 采用薄层色谱法鉴别香连素片中的木香；采用高效液相色谱法测定香连素片中盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果 在薄层色谱中检出了木香；盐酸小檗碱的进样量在0.0378～0.378 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r＝0.999 7），平均回收率为101.49%，RSD为1.97％（n＝6）。结论 本方法专属性强、准确、重现性好，可作为香连素片的质量控制标准。 【关键词】; 香连素片；木香；薄层色谱法；盐酸小檗碱；高效液相色谱法 　　Abstract:Objective To; establish; a method; for; quality; control; of; Xiangliansu; tablets.
