高效液相色谱法及薄层扫描法测定女贞子中齐墩果酸含量比较 　 作者：罗朵生，郭姣，何伟，李勇 【摘要】 　　目的　研究用高效液相色谱测定女贞子中齐墩果酸含量的方法,并与薄层扫描色谱法比较。方法色谱柱为kromasil C18（5 μm，250 mm×4.6 mm）；柱温30℃； 流动相甲醇-水（85∶15）；流速0.7 ml·min-1；检测波长为204 nm。结果齐墩果酸在0.645 6～4.304 μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0.999 9（n=5）,平均回收率为101.8%，RSD=0.75%。结论高效液相色谱法比薄层扫描色谱法更灵敏、简便、准确，精密度好。 【关键词】 高效液相色谱法 薄层扫描色谱法 女贞子 齐墩果酸 　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo establish an HPLC method for the determination of the content of oleanolic acid , and compare the results by HPLC and TLCS.
