麻醉苏醒护理在手术患者全麻苏醒期中应用效果分析 　【摘要】 目的：分析麻醉苏醒护理在手术患者全麻苏醒期中的应用效果。方法：选取2015年　　2月-2016年3月于本院全麻状态下手术的142例患者作为研究对象，根据护理方式的不同分为A组73例和B组69例。A组在常规护理基础上给予针对性护理，B组仅给予常规护理，比较两组患者全麻苏醒期中的躁动程度及全麻静息期和苏醒期心率（HR）、收缩压（SBP）及舒张压（DBP）水平。结果：A组患者总躁动率为19.18%，明显低于B组的46.38%，比较差异有统计学意义（ 字2=11.9820，P=0.0005）；在全麻静息期，两组患者HR、SBP及DBP比较差异均无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）；在全麻苏醒期，A组HR、SBP及DBP均优于B组，比较差异均有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：对于手术患者，针对性的麻醉苏醒护理措施在全麻苏醒期中的应用效果好，躁动率低、心率和血压较平稳。　　【关键词】 手术患者； 麻醉苏醒护理措施； 全麻苏醒期； 应用效果　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the the application effect of anesthesia recovery nursing measures during general anesthesia recovery period in surgical patients.Method：From February 2015 to March 2016，142 cases of surgery under general anesthesia in our hospital were selected as the research objects，they cases were randomly divided into group A（n=73） and group B（n=69） according to the different nursing methods.Group A was given specific nursing care on the basis of routine nursing and group B received routine nursing care only.Two groups of agitation degree in the general anesthesia recovery period，the rest and recovery period of general anesthesia heart rate（HR），systolic blood pressure（SBP） and diastolic blood pressure（DBP） levels of two groups were compared.Result：The total agitation rate of group A was 19.18%，which was significantly lower than 46.38% of group B，the difference was statistically significant（ 字2=11.9820，P=0.0005）.During the rest period of general anesthesia，there were no significant differences in HR，SBP and DBP of two groups（Pgt;0.05）.During the recovery period of general anesthesia，HR，SBP and DBP in group A were all better than those of group B，the differences were statistically significant （Plt;0.05）.Conclusion：For surgical patients，the application effect of the general anesthesia recovery nursing measures in the recovery period of general anesthesia is good，the rate of agitation is lower，HR and BP are more stable.　　【Key words】 Surgical patients； Anesthesia recovery nursing measures； Recovery period of
