摘 要 古祠堂是中国古代人用于祭祀的场所。其作为一种祭祀建筑,是 中国古代宗法制度生动的表现形式之一。从“公共艺术”的视角探讨 中国古祠堂,针对其具体的艺术形式、表现题材以及美学特征等方面, 对深化中国古建筑艺术,推动和促进中国古祠堂的文化和艺术具有重 要意义。本文对汝城祠堂进行了溯源,宏观的梳理了汝城祠堂的发展 脉络,并以汝城祠堂中较为典型的例子进行了艺术形式、表现题材以 及从建筑形态、建筑装饰、公共空间等方面归纳出的汝城祠堂公共艺 术所特有的美学特征,并对汝城祠堂的社会功能进行了高度概括。以 期为现代艺术设计应用提供指导,使其能推动祠堂在现代公共空间的 运用进行概念性设计。在对历代汝城祠堂的解读中,表明了其公共艺 术是湖湘文化重要的组成部分,其中汝城祠堂公共艺术的特色—木 雕、漆画也代表了湖湘文化的符号。 关键词 汝城祠堂,公共艺术,表现形式,艺术特征 I ABSTRACT The ancient shrine is the place where the ancient Chinese people worshiped. As a ritualized building, it is a vivid manifestation of Chinas ancient patriarchal system. Studying the Chinese ancient shrine from the perspective of public art , and discussing its specific art form, performance subject and aesthetic characteristics, would be of great significance in sublimating ancient Chinese architectural art, and also it’s very important to facilitate and promote the culture and art of ancient Chinese shrine. This paper traces to the source of the Rucheng Ancestral Hall and macroscopically analyzes the development of the Rucheng Ancestral Hall. One the basis of exploring the art form and the theme of performance of some typical buildings, this paper sums up the unique aesthetical characteristics of the Rucheng Ancestral Hall as a public art on several aspects, such as its architectural form, architectural adornment, public space ,etc. What’s more, this paper also covers a summarization of the social function of the Rucheng Ancestral Hall.
