某电力机车厂职业健康现状分析评价及管理对策研究 作 者：陈浩 赖云 刘玥 指导老师：范广勤 俞慧强 [摘要]目的 了解某电力机车厂职业健康状况，对其进行分析评价，提出相应的管理对策, 为职业病监测提供参考依据 方法 研究该厂职业健康体检资料，应用统计软件SPSS13.0进行方差分析、卡方检验等相关统计分析 结果 该厂具有多种职业危害因素，职业性损伤主要表现在听力的损伤对不同工龄组的听力损伤率作卡方检验，得出χ2=24.883，P0.05,具有统计学意义。对听力损伤率与工龄的延长作spearman相关分析，得出rs=0.786，P=0.036，表明在α=0.05的水平上二者具有显著的相关性。Logistic回归分析显示工龄和年龄是职业性听力损伤的危险因素。有少量检出由其他职业危害因素引起的疾病 结论 该电力机车厂的职业健康总体状况一般，应重点加强噪声等职业危害因素的防治工作 [关键词] 职业健康 听力损伤 管理对策 Strategies Analysis Evaluation and Management Measures of Occupational Health in an Electric Locomotive Company [Abstract] Objective Learning the situation of the occupational health of an Electric Locomotive Corporation , giving the critical assesses bringing up the related measures of management , and providing the reference for occupational health surveillance . Methods Researching the data and statistics of the occupational health , using the software SPSS13.0 to analyze them by ANOVA , Chi-square distribution and so on . Results There are kinds of factors causing the occupational harms , extremely in hearing loss . Using Chi-Square distribution to test the rate of injury of different job seniority groups , χ2=24.883 , P0.05 ,the result has statistics significance . Making Spearman correlation analysis of the relationship between the hearing loss rate and the job seniority , rs=0.786 , P=0.036 , indicating the two have the remarkable relevance in alpha =0.05 level . Few diseases which possibly caused by other occupational harm factors are picked out . The Logistic regression analysis shows that the job seniority and the age are the occupational hearing impairment dangerous factors . As the job seniority growing , the number of the workers suffered from the factors and the harmful level show the tendency to grow . Conclusion The total situation of the occupational health of the company is not very well , enhancing the preventing and controlling work of the factors causing occupational harms is at hand.
