风城油田1号稠油联合站一段沉降脱水罐工艺设计摘要我国是世界上原油使用量最多的国家之一。原油作为高效优质的能源和化工原料，在我国经济发展中起着十分重要的作用，原油的脱水沉降在原工艺处理中起着十分重要的作用。本次毕业设计主要对风城一号稠油联合站一段脱水沉降罐进行工艺设计。设计的内容主要由三部分组成：说明部分、设计计算部分和绘图部分。在说明部分中，主要是介绍了设计依据、建设背景、工程的概况、原油脱水性及采出液脱水沉降试验数据、1号稠油联合站一段沉降脱水罐现状及设计规模、脱水沉降罐的平面布置、涉及脱水沉降罐的一些重要部分改进的意见进行了说明；在计算部分中，首先进行了初步方案的设计、沉降罐容积计算、工艺配管计算、出油管径的计算和罐高的计算、油水界面平衡管高度计算；绘图部分中，绘制了沉降脱水罐罐底图、沉降脱水罐罐顶图和脱水沉降罐总图等。本次毕业设计不仅根据实际的情况进行了计算，还结合脱水沉降罐的基本原理和设计的基本方法，设计的方案经反复论证是最经济且运行安全的方案。关键词：脱水沉降罐；工艺设计；罐高确定Windy City oil field on the 1st heavy oil joint station for a period of settlement process design of the dewatering tankAbstractChina is one of the largest oil consuming countries in the world. As high quality energy and chemical raw materials, crude oil plays an important role in Chinas economic development and the settlement of crude oil dehydration plays an important role in the original process.The graduation design mainly refers to the technologic project of a period of dehydration settling tank in the Windy City No. 1 heavy oil joint station. The content of the design is mainly consisted of three parts: the narrative part of the design, the calculation part and portion of the drawing.In the description section, it describes the design basis, construction background, an overview of the project, crude oil dehydration and produced fluid dehydration sedimentation test dataon a period of settlement status and design of the scale of the dewatering tank in the 1st heavy oil joint station, dewatering settling tank-layout. Some important suggestions for improvement are mentioned in involving dehydration settlement tank. The calculation section of the program design contains the settling tank volume calculation, process piping calculation, the calculation of the oil pipe diameter and high tank calculation, and the balance of the oil-water interface tube height calculation.
