检漏细则（Leak inspection rules） Chapter I General Provisions In order to ensure the safety of the mine and the people, the detailed rules are formulated in accordance with the provisions of the 434th regulations of the coal mine safety regulations (92 Year Edition). Article first of the rules are only applicable to the neutral point directly connected with various leakage protection devices to 1140V and below power, lighting, power grid, including the protection unit with earth leakage, leakage tripping and selective leakage protection function of various types of equipment (hereinafter referred to as the leak protection device). Second personnel engaged in the installation of underground electrical equipment, operation, maintenance and maintenance personnel should be familiar with the rules. Third of the leakage protection devices used in underground mines, (wells) must be dedicated for maintenance, maintenance and setting, and formulate the corresponding management system according to the requirements of the rules, the normal operation of leakage protection device.
