水文监测环境和设施保护办法（Measures for the protection of hydrological monitoring environment and facilities） Measures for the protection of hydrological monitoring environment and facilities Measures for the protection of hydrological monitoring environment and facilities (promulgated by Decree No. forty-third of the Ministry of water resources on February 18, 2011, effective as of April 1, 2011) Article 1 These measures are formulated in accordance with the water law of the Peoples Republic of China and the hydrological regulations of the Peoples Republic of China in order to strengthen the hydrological monitoring, environmental protection and facilities protection and ensure the normal operation of hydrological monitoring. These second measures apply to the national basic hydrological station (hereinafter referred to as hydrological stations), hydrological monitoring environment and facilities protection. The hydrological monitoring environment mentioned in these Measures refers to the three-dimensional space composed of the areas necessary to ensure accurate monitoring of hydrological information. According to the hydrological monitoring facilities, refers to the hydrological station, cableway, boat, boat dock, monitoring site, monitoring wells (Taiwan), draft (pile), monitoring signs, special roads, equipment, communications facilities and ancillary facilities such as hydrology. The third Department of water administration under the State Council shall be responsible for the supervision and administration of the National Hydrological monitoring environment and facilities protection, and the hydrological institutions directly under it shall be responsible for the organization and implementation of them.
