我国老年人健康管理研究——以泰安市为例 第三部分依据对泰安市老年人健康管理现状的分析，提出泰安市老年人健康 管理存在的问题，并对问题进行原因分析，以期对我国老年人健康管理的发展有 一定的借鉴意义。 第四部分主要分析了美国、日本以及瑞典的老年人健康管理的内容和特点， 总结老年人健康管理先进国家的经验，以期对我国老年人健康管理的完善有所启 示。 第五部分针对我国老年人健康管理存在的问题及原因，结合我国老年人健康 管理发展的实际情况，从制度建设、管理项目细分、多元化主体合作模式等层面， 对我国老年人健康管理提出具有一定借鉴意义的建议，通过这些建议或措施促进 我国老年人健康管理的较快发展，满足我国老年人健康管理的迫切需求。 关键词： 健康管理；制度建设；多元主体合作模式 2 我国老年人健康管理研究——以泰安市为例 Study on the elderly health management in China ——Take Tai’an as an example Abstract According to the results of China’s 6th census, in China the population of the 31 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government and the soldiers in active military service, the population of 65 years and older is 118831709 people, rose 1.91% year-on-year. The elderly in our country has a number, aging fast, unsynchronized with economic development, large regional differences, the elderly population showed a trend of aging characteristics, makes the population of our country presents increasing trend of aging problems. Chronic disease is illness, its high mortality rates become the main problems which affect the elderly health, and the prevalence of the elderly are higher than all the people. Therefore, in our country aging is more serious at present; study of the elderly health management in China has special value and significance. Elderly people made great contributions to the social and economic development for our country, in its old age, through the relevant policy formulation and implementation, gradually establish a suitable health management pattern for elderly in our country is the responsibility of the government departments in our country, also is the scientific outlook on development
