In recent years, college student financial assistance from the perfect policy, funding amount increases, coverage expansion and diversification of funding form has made such a great improvement, the role is also growing, to guarantee the purpose of funding. But because of various reasons, there are also supported in some problems, and the influence of the fairness and the actual effect in a certain extent.
