2003 年第 61 卷 化 学 学 报 Vol. 61 , 2003 第 8 期 , 1202～1207 ACTA CHIMICA SINICA No. 8 , 1202 ～1207 HMI 体系下系列沸石分子筛的动态合成与表征 吴　鹏　　阚秋斌　　许　宁　　王东阳　　商永臣　　宿美平　　吴通好 (吉林大学化学学院 　长春 130023) 摘要 　在 HMI 体系中 ,采用水热动态晶化法 ,通过对 Si/ Al 比 ,碱度 ,晶化温度 ,晶化时间等反应条件进行调变 ,合成出纯相 的MOR , ANA , MCM56 , MCM49 和 MCM22 等多种结构的沸石分子筛 ,发现反应物 Si/ Al 比决定合成产物的物相. 通过 XRD , TGDTA , SEM 和 TEM 等方法研究了分子筛的物理化学性质并对 HMI 体系中合成的 MOR 和 ANA 的晶体特征进行了 表征分析. 关键词 　HMI ,沸石分子筛 ,动态合成 Dynamic Synthesis and Characterization of Various Zeolites in HMI System WU , Peng 　　KAN , QiuBin 　　XU , Ning 　　WANG, DongYang SHANG, YongChen 　　SU , MeiPing 　　WU , TongHao ( Chemistry College of Jilin University , Changchun 130023) Abstract 　In the presence of template HMI , several zeolite molecular seives such as MOR , ANA , MCM56 , MCM 22 and MCM49 have been synthesized by dynamic hydrothermal synthesis method through the control of Si/ Al ratios , alkalinity , crystallization temperature , time and other reaction conditions. It is found that the Si/ Al ratios of reactant mixture were determinative to the phases of the products. The physicochemical properties of the new zeolites were studied by XRD , TGA , SEM and TEM.
