北京雁栖湖生态发展示范区生态建设评估 1 2 谭 英 ，马晶晶 （1.Sweco Architects AB 公司，瑞典哥德堡Gullbergs Strandgata2203 ；2.北京斯维克工程设计 研究院有限公司，北京 100103） 摘要：本文针对雁栖湖生态发展示范区已有的规划和建设工作进行评估，基于生态示范区的定位，结合示范区 的环境和建设条件特点，分析已经完成的规划方案和在建工程的实施方案，评估目前项目工作的整体状况。在 雁栖湖生态发展示范区项目开发时项目单位所确认提供的各专家组、专题组提出的指标体系和实施方案的基础 上，确定项目各个重点领域的具体目标和关键问题；整合形成完整、系统的示范区关键生态指标，明确项目的 特色和亮点。基于关键生态指标，综合评估生态发展示范区的当前实施情况，分别针对重点生态建设领域提出 规划建设的提升策略和行动计划。 关键词:生态示范区；生态建设评估；生态指标；BREEAM Sustainability Review of the Ecological Construction of Beijing Yanqi Lake Ecological Demonstration Zone 1 2 TAN Ying , MA Jingjing （1. SWECO China Representative,Beijing , 100103, China ） Abstract: Based on the project positioning, environment and construction situations, this article analyzes the finished planning and implementation solutions, evaluates the overall project situation of Yanqi lake ecological demonstrate zone and identifies the specific objectives and key issues of different fields.This paper develops the integrated comprehensive strategy of synergy, and a complete and systematic indicator system of ecological demonstration zone and proposes specific strategies to achieve the goals of the indicators, and further define the characteristics and highlights of the project.After comprehensive evaluation on the implementation of indictors in Eco-Demo Zone, this paper proposes strategies and short-term/long-term targets ofecological conservation.
