This ethod takes account of aneuver and non a neuvertarget track initiation.Theresults of Monte Carlo trials de onstrate that this ethod not only re ains the advantage of M of N and Bayesian track initiation,but also overco es its shortco ings.The proposed algorith , on the one hand, decreases the track initiation average ti e,and on the other hand,theprobabilistic correctness of track initiation is also i proved.
