CD82/KAI1基因蛋白在62例胃癌中表达 　 作者：夏亚斌，张帆，史良会，徐国祥，赵国海 【摘要】 ［目的］ 探讨胃癌组织中抑癌基因CD82/KAI1蛋白的表达与胃癌临床生物学行为及预后的关系。［方法］ 采用免疫组织化学方法检测62例胃癌原发灶、阴性组织切缘中CD82/KAI1基因蛋白产物的表达。［结果］ 胃癌组织中KAI1蛋白阳性表达率为72.5%，显著低于阴性组织切缘的95.2%（Plt;0.01）。KAI1蛋白在浸润深度的T3+T4组(65.1%)较T1+T2组(89.5%)；低分化组(20.5%)较高、中分化组(88.9%)；淋巴结转移组（59.1%）较无淋巴结转移组(94.4%)；TNM分期中的Ⅲ～Ⅳ期组(63.4%)较Ⅰ～Ⅱ期组表达(90.5%)均降低（Plt;0.05）。胃癌组织中的KAI1蛋白表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、Lauren分型无关，胃癌患者生存期5年以下组的胃癌组织中KAI1蛋白的表达水平明显低于生存期5年以上组（Plt;0.05）。［结论］ 胃癌组织中KAI1基因蛋白表达降低与胃癌的侵袭、转移及临床病理进展有关。 【关键词】 胃肿瘤 An Analysis of CD82/KAI1 Expression in 62 Cases with Gastric Cancer Abstract: ［Purpose］ To explore the relationship of CD82/KAI1 expression with clinical biological behavior and prognosis of gastric cancer. ［Method］ The specimens from 62 cases with gastric caner and their CD82/KAI1 expression both in primary gastric cancer focus and in negative tissue margin were detected by S-P immunohistochemical technique. ［Results］ The positive expression rate of KAI1 was 72.5% in gastric cancer tissue, which was significantly lower than that in negative tissue margin (95.2%, Plt;0.01). The KAI1 expression was lower in group of T3+T4 (TNM staging system) than that in group of T1+T2 (65.1% vs. 89.5%); in poor differentiation group than that in moderate or well differentiation group(20.5% vs. 88.9%); in lymph node metastasis group than that in without lymph node metastasis group(59.1% vs. 94.4%); Ⅲ~Ⅳ group(TNM stage) than that Ⅰ~Ⅱ group(63.4% vs. 90.5%) （P＜0.05）. It also showed that the KAI1 expression in gastric cancer tissue had no relationship with sex, age, tumor size or Lauren type. The KAI1 expression in ＜5-year survival group was lower than that in ＞5-year survival group(Plt;0.05). ［Conclusion］ The decreasing expression of KAI1 may be an important factor influencing prognosis, invasion, metastasis in patients with gastric cancer.
