参芪片合并放化疗治疗鼻咽癌疗效观察 　【关键词】 参芪片；放、化疗；鼻咽癌；生活质量；骨髓抑制 ［摘 要］ 目的：观察参芪片合并放、化疗治疗鼻咽癌的客观疗效、毒性反应及生活质量的影响。方法：随机抽取62例鼻咽癌患者，先予二周期化疗，然后行根治性放疗。所有病例化疗疗程结束后进入放疗时列入研究，治疗组加用参芪片至放疗结束，对照组单纯放疗。结果：治疗组有效率为90.6%，对照组有效率为90.0%，差异无显著意义（P＞0.05）。但生活质量比较，治疗组在提高患者生活质量方面明显优于对照组。骨髓抑制情况比较，治疗组白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板下降程度明显低于对照组(Plt;0.05)。结论：参芪片合并放、化疗治疗鼻咽癌可以改善肿瘤患者的生存质量，减轻放疗所致骨髓抑制，保证放疗的顺利完成。 　　［关键词］ 参芪片；放、化疗；鼻咽癌；生活质量；骨髓抑制 　　Observation on Efficay Cenqipian Supplemented with Radiotherapy Combined with Chemotherapy in Treating Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma 　　Abstract：Objective To compared efficacy,toxicity and quality of life with cenqipian supplemented with radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy and simple radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy in treating nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 62 patients of nasopharyngeal carcinomawere selected randomly.All patients were treated with two cycles chemotherapy once,following treated with radiotherapy,when all cases finished chemotherapy andtreated with radiotherapy,they were investigate.the treatment group were treated with cenqipian puls radiotherapy,while the matched group only radiotherapy.Rusults The effective rate in the treatmentgroup and the matched group were 90.6% and 90% respectively,with insignificant difference between the two groups,P＞0.05.but compared the quality of life,the rate of improving the quality of life were better than those in the matched group,with significant difference between the two groups,P＜0.05.compared bone marrow depression,the descent degree of leucocyte,ferroh emoglobin and blood platelet were lower than those in the matched group,P＜0.05.Conclusion cenqipian supplemented with radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy show apparent effect inimproving the quality of life,decreasing bone marrow depression of radiotherapy in treating nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Radiotherapy finished successfully was assured. 　　Key words：Cenqipian；Radiotherapy chemotherapy；Nasopharyngeal carcinomathe；Quality of lifebone；Marrow depression 近年来，恶性肿瘤的治疗已进入综合治疗的时代，手术、放疗、化疗
