正常淋浆对大鼠重症休克干预作用 　【摘要】目的: 探讨正常淋浆对肠系膜上动脉闭塞性(SMAO)休克及重症失血性休克的干预作用。方法: 雄性Wistar大鼠90只均分为6组，夹闭肠系膜上动脉1h再灌注及颈动脉放血至40mmHg 1h复制SMAO休克和失血性休克模型，分别以小量淋浆及血浆治疗，模型组以等量生理盐水(NS)作对照，观察其血压及存活时间。结果: 1 对SMAO休克的影响：淋浆组在休克70～120min血压显著高于模型组（Plt;005）、在110～120min显著高于血浆组（Plt;005），而血浆组与模型组血压未见差异（P＞005）；淋浆组3h存活率显著高于其它两组（Plt;005）。2 对失血性休克的影响：淋浆组输淋浆、输血后期直至停止输液后，血压始终保持在较高水平，且显著高于模型组（Plt;005～001），输NS及停止输液后，血压显著高于血浆组（Plt;005～001）；而血浆组血压仅于输血浆后5～10min高于模型组（Plt;005）。淋浆组存活时间显著优于其它两组。结论： 正常淋浆对SMAO休克及重症失血性休克均具有提升血压及延长存活时间的作用。 ; 【关键词】肠系膜上动脉闭塞性休克；失血性休克；淋浆；血浆；血压；存活率 ; 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To study the interference effect of lymph on superior mesenteric artery occlusion(SMAO) shock and serious hemorrhagic shock in rats.Methods: Ninty male wistar rats were randomly separated into six groups, three of which were made into SMAO shock model and three into hemorrhagic shock model. Then they were treated with the lymph, the plasma and normal saline as control. The blood pressure and the survival rate were observed after infusion of a little of lymph, and administration of the equivalent volume of plasma or normal saline(NS).Results: 1.The effects for SMAO shock: The blood pressure of the lymph group was higher than that of the model group during 70~120min after shock （Plt;005） and also was higher than that the plasma group（Plt;005）,but there was no difference between the lymph and plasma gropes(Pgt;005).The survival rate of the lymph group in 3h was higher than that of the other groups（Plt;005）.2.The effects for hemorrhagic shock: The blood pressure of the lymph group was significantly higher than that of the model group（Plt;005～001）during the experiment and higher than that of the plasma grope after infusing NS（Plt;005～001）; The blood pressure of the plasma grope during 5~10min of infusing plasma was higher than that of the modle grope (Plt;005).The survival time of the lymph group was longer than that of the other groups（Plt;005～001）.Conclusion: Lymph could maintain the blood pressure and lengthen the survival ti
