Ecological reflection of the generalplanning of college canteens

Abstract: Based on the survey of the general plann ing of college student canteens in Fuzhou un iver-
sity d istrict, the existing problems of the ecological design of the canteensw ere analyzed. In accord-
ance w ith the clmi atic and regional characteristics of Fuzhou, several ecological design strategies-
/ feasible techniques0 w ere proposed, such as human-centred selection of the location and types of
the canteens, energy-saving and sustainable design of canteen outdoor space.
