更多的附加效益。 最后,考虑到分布式能源光伏在居民生活配电网中扮演了愈来愈重要 的角色,研究了光伏在配电网中的接入位置和容量对系统的影响。对比了 在 IEEE-33 配电网系统 15 号节点配变处接入不同容量光伏时,该配变的节 点电压以及电动汽车集聚体的优化充、放电情况,表明光伏的接入大幅改 变了原先的优化充、放电策略。 采用原-对偶内点法求解本课题的多时间断面的大规模非线性规划问 题。IEEE-33、PGE 69 以及一个实际的 119-bus 配电网系统的计算结果表 明该算法具有良好的收敛性、通用性和优化效果。 关键词:电动汽车 配电网 集聚体 充/放电优化 分布式光伏 原-对偶 内点法 II STUDY ON CHARGE/DISCHARGE OPTIMIZATION CONTROL SATATEGY OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES IN DISTRIBUTION NETWORK ABSTRACT The application of Electric vehicles (EVs) will become a critical path of realizing energy saving and emission reduction at home and abroad. When large-scale EVs plug in grid, it can produce effects on the grid that cannot be ignored. However, as the access port, the effects on distribution network is direct, which threat the satety operation of distribution network and deteriorate the power quality of users. At the same time, the well developed V2G (Vehicle to Grid) technology make EVs to be energy storage units that can transport power to grid. This is also an opportunity for distribution grid. To assess the effect on distribution network when large-scale EVs access to the network and study how to coordinate and control the charge/discharge behavior can better respond to these challenges and opportunities, and weaken the influences on the distribution network, even to a certain extent, assist the operation of distribution network. Considering that EVs will universally plug in resident life distribution network in the future, in this paper, we assess the influence on distribution network and study charge/discharge optimization strategy considering that there is an EVs aggregator at the resident life distributio
