APQP/PPAP REPORTING PROCESS
APQP Definition and Purpose
– APQP is the acronym for Advanced Product Quality Planning.
– APQP is a process developed by the AIAG automotive organization to
communicate common product quality planning and control plan guidelines
for suppliers to the automotive industry.
– APQP是美国汽车工业集团开发的流程,用于汽车行业供应商产品质量管
理。主要针对于整车厂与供应商之间关于产品质量规划、控制计划编制
等方面的交流。
– APQP is a structured method for defining and establishing the steps necessary
to achieve PPAP.
– APQP是一种结构化的控制方法,用于定义和建立各种必要的步骤,从而
实现产品通过PPAP的目的。
APQP - The Team
• The APQP process emphasizes cross functional work and involves the supplier as
well as the customer.
• APQP流程强调跨部门合作,客户和供应商均要积极参与其中。
• It is working under the principle that supplier success is a shared responsibility
among the different VCC organizations
• 供应商的成功,是VCC所有部门共同的责任。这也是APQP 的工作原则。
• The process is focused around a core cross-functional team made up of
representatives from RD, buyers, SQM, MPL and the Supplier.
• 来自研发、采购、SQM 、物流和供应商的代表,共同组成了一个核心工作小
组,APQP流程贯穿于这个核心小组的日常工作中。
• This team will form shortly after sourcing and continue working together through
successful completion of the APQP/ PPAP.
