More than 90% of HCC is primary hepatic carcinoma (PHC). The treatment is still the first choice for early detection and surgical resection, but the recurrence rate is higher, reaching 45.2% to 60%, and more than 70% of the cases have pulmonary metastasis [1]. In addition, early liver cancer has no clinical symptoms, most of which have been found in the middle and late stages, and lost the opportunity of operation. Interventional radiology developed in 70s is relatively safe, effective, minimally invasive and less painful. It is widely accepted as the first choice for the treatment of advanced liver cancer.
