Methods: 105 patients were divided into 2 groups, 53 cases in the observation group were treated with conventional drugs and rehabilitation activities, while 52 cases in the control group were treated with drugs only. Results: the patients in the observation group after the treatment, limb motor function, ADL increased (P0.01); the observation group and the control group after treatment, comparison and evaluation of two, recovery of limb motor function and ADL observation group of patients increased significantly than those of the control group (P0.01). Conclusion: in the acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage, drugs and rehabilitation therapy have better effect on the recovery of limb function and activities of daily living in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
