跨国公司研发全球战略透视（Transnational corporations R D Global Strategy Perspective） Multinational companies are stepping up their global technology R D strategy, taking full advantage of overseas technology and talent resources to support the development of their overseas markets and serve their global marketing strategy. The globalization of technology research and development of transnational corporations has become an important trend of the integration of the world economy after the globalization of trade, globalization of production and the globalization of financial capital. Transnational corporations R D Global Strategy Perspective Li Yuan Jun On September 2004, the United Nations Conference on Trade and development (UNCTAD) released the 2004 World Investment Report, at present, there are 61582 multinational companies in the world, 926948 overseas subsidiaries, foreign direct investment of $70000, MNCs output accounted for GDP of the worlds 1/10 and export trade 1/3. The management strategy of multinational corporations, emphasizing the overall competitive advantage of transnational companies in the global scope: one is to realize the centralized control and the worldwide capital through mergers, so as to enhance its global monopoly; two is through the control of technical resources is the core technology in the global scope of the monopoly. Technological innovation is the core strategy of multinational corporations, and technological R D is the basis for the existence and development of transnational corporations. At present, the technology transfer of 61582 multinational companies account for 90% of the worlds total, and control 60% of Global trade and investment, with 80% of the worlds new technology and new technologies, the products accounted for 40% of the world.
