药物与临床 Drugs and Clinic 中药处方药物剂量应用研究 王丽，李翔，黄萍 南京中医药大学附属中西医结合医院(江苏省中医药研究院) ，江苏南京 210028 [摘要] 目的：探讨研究我院中药处方药物剂量应用情况。方法：选取2015年1月—2015年12月我院使用的中药处方500例为本次观察组研 究对象，对选取的处方进行整理分析，依据我国《中国药典》的使用剂量及范围。结果：根据统计探究发现，百合超量使用的比例最高为 47.45% ，太子参为46.09% ，火麻仁37.61% ，陈皮37.28% ，鱼腥草36.36% 。500份处方中，出现有毒、小毒的中药共220份，占44% ；共发 现11种有毒药物，大毒中药临床使用非常少，且基本外用，所以本次不做深入研究。本次研究中的11种有毒药物的使用，苦杏仁的使用比 例为46.82% ，使用率明显高于其他种类的毒物药物，差异显著，P0.05 ，具有统计学意义。11种毒物中，熟附子、山慈菇均按规定剂量使 用，其他药物均有超出规定使用的现象发生。结论：中药处方药物剂量实际应用中仍存在超量的现象，其中毒物药物超量使用的现象也较 严重，对此我院开展专项整改，进行研讨并提出解决措施，在今后的中药处方药物剂量的应用中需要严格按照相关规定进行。 [关键词] 中药处方；药物剂量；研究 [中图分类号] R932　　[文献标识码]　A　　[文章编号]　1672-2809(2017)02-0044-03　 The application of traditional Chinese medicine prescription drug dosage WANG Li, LI Xiang, HUANG Ping Combination of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine(Jiangsu Research Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine), Nanjing Jiangsu 210028, China [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the traditional Chinese medicine prescription drug dose application. Methods: 500 cases of prescription medicine used in our hospital From January 2015 - December 2015 were analyzed, according to the dose and scope of China Pharmacopoeia. Results: Study found that Lily excessive use accounts for the highest proportion as 47.45%, radix pseudostellariae was 46.09%, hemp seed was 37.61%, dried tangerine peel was 37.28%, Houttuynia was 36.36%. Among 500 prescriptions, appear toxic, poisonous medicine accounts for a total of 220(44%); there were 11 kinds of toxic drugs. Since toxic Chinese medicine clinical use was very little, and mostly for external use, we did not do in-depth research. Among the 11 kinds of toxic drugs in this study, the proportion of bitter almond was 46.82%, the use of toxic drugs, was significantly higher than that of other kinds(P0.05).Among the 11 poisons, ripe monkshood and Shancigu had been used to the top dose, other drugs have occurred beyond the requireme
