抗着丝点抗体71例临床分析（Clinical analysis of 71 cases of anti centromere antibody） Clinical analysis of 71 cases of anti centromere antibody 2009-10-17 Tang Fulin Li Mingjia Wang Guosheng for the sea Abstract Objective: To investigate the relationship between anti centromere antibody (ACA) and clinical diseases. Methods: the clinical data of 71 patients with ACA positive were retrospectively reviewed. Results: ACA can appear in a variety of diseases, including 30 cases of systemic sclerosis (42.2%), 10 cases of Sjogrens syndrome (14.1%), 6 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus (8.5%), 5 cases of rheumatoid arthritis (7%), 5 patients with localized scleroderma (7%), 4 cases of Raynaud phenomenon but the diagnosis is not clear (5.6%), CREST syndrome and overlap syndrome, unexplained cirrhosis, thromboangiitis obliterans 2 cases (2.8%), primary biliary cirrhosis, sclerosing cholangitis, chloasma with vitiligo in 1 cases (1.4%). Conclusion: ACA related clinical symptoms were Raynauds phenomenon (57.7%) and skin sclerosis (53.5%). ACA is not a specific antibody to CREST syndrome.
