垃圾车液压系统设计 —— 厢体设计 摘 要 随着城市化进程的加快和人民生活水平的提高，大量的生活垃圾和商业垃圾随之产生。降低垃圾清运费用是降低整个城市垃圾处理处置费用的关键。如将垃圾压缩，则可大大降低垃圾的运输费用，是城市生活垃圾集运的发展方向。因此，压缩式垃圾车的优势日渐明显。 本次设计主要针对压缩式垃圾车的压缩方案、上装厢体和液压系统进行设计。车厢是垃圾车的重要部件之一，主要起装载、运输垃圾之用。在运输过程中，不得产生飘、洒、漏等现象，避免造成二次污染。根据设计要求确定了厢体形状和主要尺寸参数，重点考虑其密封性。并且在充分考虑垃圾车的工作特点以及实际生产、维修等条件下，对比了多种系统方案，最终选定手动操作液压系统作为设计对象。经过论证，本方案能够满足设计和使用需求。 关键词: 垃圾车，压缩，厢体，液压系统 Design of Hydraulic System of Refuse Collector ——Envelope Design Abstract With the accelerated urbanization process and peoples living standards, a large number of solid waste and commercial waste resulting.
