· 临床研究 · 中田医药斜学2017~5N第7卷第9期 晚期慢性阻塞性肺疾病 临终关怀规范化治疗方案的探讨 卢耀能 广东省江门市第三人民医院老年精神二科，广东江门529000 【摘要 】目的 探讨晚期慢性阻塞性肺疾病I临终关怀规范化治疗，旨在为今后临床治疗消除患者负面情绪，使 患者达到相对舒适的生存状态提供参考依据。 方法 选择我院2015年 6月 ～2016年 12月期间收治的90 例晚期COPD患者为研究对象，并随机分为常规组和治疗组，常规组给予常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用 临终关怀治疗，每组各45例；观察两组患者生活质量。 结果 经治疗后，两组患者各项生活质量评分均明 显低于治疗前 (P0．05)，治疗组 13常生活、社会活动、抑郁症状、焦虑症状等各项评分均明显低于常规 组 (P0．05o 结论 晚期COPD临终关怀有助于提高患者生存质量，减少负面情绪。 【关键词 】晚期 COPD；临终关怀 ；生存质量 [中图分类号】R473．5 [文献标识码 】A 【文章编号]2095—0616(2017)0g一182—03 Discussion on standardized treatmentplan ofhospice care in patientswith advancedchronicobstructivepulmonarydisease LU Yaoneng DepartmentofGeriatricPsychiatry，JiangmenThirdPeople’SHospital，Jiangmen529000，China [Abstract]ObjectiveToexplorethestandardizedtreatmentofhospicecareinpatientswithadvancedchronic obstructivepulmonarydisease，toeliminatethenegativeemotionsofpatientsinclinicaltreatment，andtoprovidea referenceforpatientstoachievearelativelycomfortablelivingconditions．Methods90patientswith advanced COPDcuredinourhospitalfromJune2015toDecember2016wereselectedasthestudyobject．Theywererandomly dividedintoroutinegroup andtreatmentgroupwith45casesineach．Patientsinroutinegroupweretreatedwith routinetreatment，andpatientsintreatmentgroupweretreatedwithhospicecareonthebasisofroutinetreatment． Qualityoflifeofthetwogroupswascompared．ResultsAftertreatment，thequalityoflifescoresofthetwogroups weresignificantlylowerthanthosebeforetreatment(P 0．05)．Thescoresofdailylife，socialactivities，depression andanxietysymptomsinthetreatmentgroupweresignificantlylowerthanthoseinthenormalgroup(P 0．o5)． Conclusion AdvancedCOPD hospicecarecanhelptoimprovethequalityoflife，andreducenegativeemotions． [Keywords]AdvancedC0PD；Hospicecare；Qualityoflife 慢性阻塞性肺
