國民中小學特教班教師在社區本位教學相關態度之研究 王明泉 國立台東大學特教系助理教授 中文摘要 本研究目的在於探討研究國民中小學特教班教師在社區本位教學之相關態度情形,正式研究 The study of the attitude of Community-based instruction of special teachers of special class of junior high school and elementary school in Taiwan Ming Chuan Wang Assistant Professor,National Taitung university Abstract The purpose of the study was to examine the attitutide of community-based instruction on teachers of special class of elementary school and junior high school, in Taiwan. On the survey study, the subjects were 1035 teachers of special class in elementary and junior high school in Taiwan.They completed the community-based instruction(CBA) questionary, which consisted of 5 subscales:CBA professional ability , CBA administrative support, CBA belief and outcome, CBA barrier, and CBA community resource/parents involvement.There was excellent on the Cronbachα reliability and construct validity of the instrument. There were some related background variables, namely, educational stage, gender, the seniority of special education, age, certification on special education, degree, school size, the existent year of the special class, the ration of certificated teacher on special class. All of data could be used SPSS for window statistical software to run MANOVA, regression analysis, cluster regression analysis, and discriminative analysis. On the attitude of CBA, there were significant differences of certification on special education, school age, the ratio of certificated teacher of special class on the total scale of CBA. The regression analysis of the related background variables on the CBA attitude.For total subject, the total predictability was 7.9% on the related background variables which entering the regressional equation to the total scale of CBA. In the discriminative analysis, we obtained the discriminative power of related background variables were98%, 98.1%, 97.4%, 96.3%, 96.8%, for the high, middle, low cluster of the profession adil
