常州市农村小额信贷问题研究.docVIP

摘要 农村小额信贷作为一种特殊的信贷方式，为农村扶贫和农村经济建设发挥了重要作用。我国农村小额信贷具有规模小、成本高、无抵押等特点，项目收益不高、风险大，小额信贷机构的可持续性较差，小额信贷发展难以形成规模。建立完善的农村小额信贷服务体系，为农村小额信贷的发展营造一个有利的发展环境，以市场化的方式促进小额信贷的发展，是目前我国农村金融领域亟待解决的问题。常州市是一个传统的农业大市，农业基础薄弱，农民增收缓慢，农村相对落后问题还很突出。常州市的小额信贷经过多年的持续发展，取得了一定成绩，但是随着小额信贷的不断开展，一些新的缺陷也出现在了人们的面前，小额信贷机构的前景不容乐观。因此，如何使常州市的小额信贷保持生命力，继续为推动农村经济发展发挥出它所应用的作用，是个值得研究的课题。本文通过对常州市农村小额信贷发展现状、面临的困境分析，提出进一步推进常州市农村小额信贷可持续发展的有效举措。 关键词：农村小额信贷；信贷方式；农村资金市场 Abstract Rural micro credit as a special form of credit，which plays an important role in rural poverty reduction and economic development in rural areas. Chinas rural micro credit has small size，high cost，non mortgage characteristics，project income is not high，the risk is big，poor sustainability of microfinance institutions，the development of microfinance is difficult to form scale. The establishment and perfection of the rural micro credit service system，create a favorable development environment for the development of rural micro credit，market-oriented approach to promote the development of microfinance，is currently Chinas rural financial problems. Jia Musi city is a traditional agricultural city，agricultural infrastructure is weak，the slow increase of farmers income，rural areas are relatively backward problems still outstanding. Jia Musi City microfinance after many years of sustained development，has made some achievements，many rural began marching towards the well-to-do society. But with the continuous development of the defects of microfinance，some new level also appears in front of people，microfinance institutions is not optimistic. Therefore，how to make the city of Jia Musi microfinance maintain vitality，continue to play its role to promote the development of rural economy，is a topic worthy of study.
