高校绩效工资思考与模型设计(Thinking and model design of performance salary in Colleges and Universities)
Abstract: This paper expounds the performance salary of university teachers, expounds the characteristics of performance salary of teachers in Colleges and universities, analyzes the factors affecting the performance salary of university teachers, and designs a model of performance pay.

In 2006 the Ministry of Personnel Ministry of Finance issued the notice for the institution staff income distribution reform and implementation measures, proposed to vigorously promote the reform of institutions wage system, improve the level of public service institutions. Based on nearly three years of post wage reform, the State Council executive meeting in September 2, 2009, from October 1, 2009 onwards the implementation of performance pay in public health and primary health care institutions; from January 1, 2010 onwards, the implementation of other institutions of higher learning. Under the guidance and control of the national policy, colleges and universities have established a new mode of salary incentive which meets the needs of their own characteristics and development needs, and reflects job performance.
At present, the state has set up macro control, classified guidance and graded management for the posts of institutions of higher learning. The first units to make the post settings, fill in the post setting audit table; then approved by the competent department of the government audit and the administrative department of personnel; finally approved by the units in the position of total amount and structure proportion and the highest level within the limits of the implementation of the project, set up the post. Institutions of higher learning set up school performance pay policy on the basis of post setting. In order to establish an effective and successful performance pay policy, colleges and universi
